reason for jogging

back frm 2.5 ROUNDS (not km)ard my hse area. the same route. haha.

i have to say that my "how to get fat" logic is correct. youda said he haven been exercising for a year and he became fatter~ see! say i siao some more la huh. wanna get fat but keep exercising AND wanna slim down but keep eating gives the same kinda result which is, YOU WILL NOT GET THE WEIGHT YOU WANT.

anyway, yea. part of the reason i wanna jog is for the sake of my stamina, not to be able to go more sports, but to be able to hold my breath longer for singing. :) think it helps to reach higher pitch and gives your singing more power too? train diaphragm to be stronger. woohoo!



after working on my tummy, i'll be looking out for ways to make thighs nicer. think it'll be very tough. cos i cant even do squats properly. i cant even squat properly! tian ah. lol.



you must be thinking thr is no difference right. see see see. their legs. esp beside the knee cap, the side tts facing each other. thr's no excess meat/fats coming out. these are pretty legs. u see yours you think again if its the same or not luh. LOL. gtg bath then moive alrd. bye! =]
